Do You Ship Internationally?
Some of our products we ship internationally. Most of our products limit us to shipping within the United States ONLY. Please contact us for further information about shipping.
What if the item I want is Out Of Stock?
We do our best to keep our inventory up to date. In the event an item is on backorder, you may cancel your order and we will refund your money, or you may wait and we will ship out your item when it is available. You will be notified by email that your item is in and is being shipped.
What Payment Methods do you accept?
We accept Paypal and all major credit cards, echecks through Paypal, and money orders. Sorry we don't accept personal cheques.
What is your Return Policy?
We have a no return policy on Cell Phones or Playstation 3 Systems or Playstation 3 Games. For other merchandise, all returns must be accompanied by your purchase receipt and be returned within 30 days of the purchase date We guarantee against manufacturers' defects for 30 days from the date of the delivery. Products with Manufacturers Warranties which exceed 30 days, may be returned directly to the manufacturer according to their instructions. Merchandise must be in original factory condition, and must include all original packaging materials, warranty cards, manuals and accessories. Please do not return merchandise without pre-authorization. Please contact us before you return your merchandise. Without a pre-authorization we cannot accept returns. Unwanted Returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Refused Delivery Returns will be treated as unwanted returns and be subject to a 20% restocking fee. The customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs incurred by the action of refusing the delivery.
How long does it take to process and ship an order?
All orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 Business Days.
Do you collect sales tax?
Yes, we collect sales tax on all orders shipped to Ontario Canada ONLY.
Which shipping methods to you offer?
We offer Ground and in some cases we offer International Shipping on merchandise we can ship out of the United States. Please contact us about International Shipping.
Can I cancel an order?
Yes, you may cancel an order only if the order has not been shipped out yet. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible as most orders are shipped within 24-48 hours. Orders that are cancelled after they are shipped out are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
